Strategy games could sometimes not deliver what you pay for. Demigod is one such game. Due to the lack of good story and the confusing plot, we have a game that might fail to get us too involved in it. Also, this game fails in having the online gaming experience hassle free, giving you a lot of issues to tackle and eventually failing in its goal of attractive a wide amount of competitive gamers.
However, it is a pity because this game is otherwise well designed and has many fun features that could have, if not for the powerful failures, make it one of the best games around. The speed of progression here is fast, making the game too short considering the already short matches. We also have some unique and havoc creating methods of attack here that might make gaming fun and confusing at the same time. The amount of customizability in this game is huge and well detailed. You can do a wide amount of activities – from weapons and powers upgrade, to team improvement and castle building.
However, to spoil these goodies, we have endless amount of online gaming problems. Most of them are connection issues and game crashes. Also, the matches could be lesser lived the longer they get. This game does it well in parts that allow for good gaming. Again, there are parts that fail it miserably. In the end, we have a game that does not deliver and does not satisfy fully. However, you can safely try your hands on this strategy game.
